Lindsey Hoggle, MS, RD, PMP
Managing Partner


Lindsey Hoggle has an extensive cross-section of clinical experience from working at numerous hospitals and health care facilities during the past 28 years.  During this time she worked in patient care in the areas of cardiology, oncology and hospice and out-patient services.  She also succeeded as a private and group nutrition and wellness consultant, lecturer at the college level and as a writer.

Complex Information Systems Implementation: Successfully led 25 member team on prototype project for the Clinical Research Information System (CRIS) Project, National Institutes of Health; led project team for rural health Electronic Health Record (EHR) implementation; designed Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and aligned with alternate industry software implementation.

Software Development Management: Successfully managed software development for ambulatory EHR, vendor collaboration and systems analysis; design requirements and management with software developers; aligned development criteria with Certification Commission on Health Information Technology (CCHIT) specifications; managed queries of relational databases for data mining; managed functional, integration and regression testing of systems.

Multi-facility Health Care Experience: Due to spousal job relocation for multiple years, worked in multiple health care facilities ranging from 225 bed hospitals to 1500 bed teaching hospitals, clinics, specialty hospitals, private practices, community and academic environments, including the most recent 7 years in health information systems and technology.
 
Entrepreneurial Experience: Served as Co-founder of Health Pathways, Inc. in 2001, Health Project Partners, LLC in 2006 and Opportune Health, Inc. in 2008; priority for extensive training, health industry networking and outstanding customer service. 

Experienced Communicator & Writer: Exceptionally strong written and verbal communication skills, experience with Gap analysis, Process Redesign, SOP, and professional publications. Experience with business process analysis in accordance with the Pharmaceutical Compliance Monitoring System Guidelines; analyzed Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Regulations on Pharmaceutical Compliance Monitoring System Counterfeit Prevention for Pharmaceutical Wholesalers.

Business Applications:  Experienced in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Visio, Primavera Expedition, and Merant PVCS Tracker.
